General Manager
Gordy Kautz is the general manager of Kautz Construction and brings to the table 38 years of contruction experience. By starting with the tools in the field and also having the experience of running a company with as many as 65 employees he brings a good balance to the company.

Project Managers
Nathaniel DaCosta has a BA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He has experience working in the field as well as the office.

Gordon Kautz II has a BA in Business Administration from Drexel University. He started in the field at age 15 and joined the management team after graduating from college in 2005.

Office Manager
Teresa Wagaman has an AA in Accounting from Harford CC in Bel Air, MD and over 23 years in the accounting field. The majority of her accounting expertise is in the construction industry.
